Returns

At DM PARFUM, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your order. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Register your return via [your contact details/email address].
2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. You will receive further return instructions from us.
4. Carefully pack the product and send it to the return address provided by us.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
